What excites you?  That question will get a range of different answers based on the person and based on the timing of the question. 

What excited us, the team here at Logisoft?  Having customers who appreciate the value and the experience of having us provide them with technology solutions.


It’s a real simple answer, but we take this very seriously.  It means everything to us.  We all work together as a team, learning about the solutions we provide, and more importantly learning about YOU the customer.  Listening is THE most important aspect for us, so we can apply what we learn from you. 


What challenges do you face?  Again, a question that gets a variety of answers.  For us, the challenge is spreading the word. Think about it… You’re getting pummeled daily with calls from resellers that promise you the world.  Resellers who, frankly, promise what WE promise.  Response, delivery, accuracy, care, trust.  You hear that from every pitch. 


Change is hard.  Things are going smoothly, so why rock the boat? You have too many other fires.  We go through this daily – asking potential customers just to give us a chance.  A chance for us to show what might be missing from your current situation. 


Your EdTech reseller should be a true partner.  Not just an order taker who responds when you reach out.  They should know you and your needs and be focused on your industry.  They should respond within 24 hours and not make you wait days to even acknowledge your email.  They should evolve with you and with the constantly changing landscape that is education.


Changing resellers won’t cost you more.  And what about the experience you might gain?  Not only have we been doing this for 35 years, but our employees have been with us for most of that time.  Average turnaround for reps across all sectors of technology is 5.4 months.  5.4 months!


There is so much turnover out there.  Our average tenure here at Logisoft is 16 years.  And those that have been at Logisoft for less than that have that much industry experience.  That plays a KEY role in why our current customers stay with us, despite all the options that are out there.


Passion… We really really love what we do.  Why?  Because what YOU do is so very important to those you serve in your schools and communities.  Assisting you is why we remain passionate every day.   Change can be challenging, change can be hard, but change for the better is exciting!
